The Port of Washington Yacht Club (POWYC) was formed in 2002 to promote safe boating; effect a clean, attractive and environmentally healthy marina, waterfront, and river system; organize cruising events; and sponsor social events for the benefit of all yacht club members.
POWYC is located at the Gangplank Marina in the Washington Channel. We are currently over 115 members consisting largely of live-aboard and recreational boaters in the Gangplank Marina; however, full-time cruising members and associate members without a boat also enjoy the benefits of belonging to our vibrant yacht club.
